Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007 is currently the pastor. He is the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is passionate about developing the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the creator of several online publications and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds.
