David-Muir
David Muir is an American anchor and journalist popular for his ABC newscast World News Tonight with David Muir in addition to his role in the ABC News magazine 20/20 for which he is a co-anchor. One of the most watched newscasts in America is his show featuring dramatic videos and animations. Also, he is known for his Emmy-nominated program Made In America. Prior to his appointment as anchor of ABC World News Tonight he was the anchor in charge for the anchor who was his predecessor Diane Sawyer. Since then he's covered a variety of ABC News primetime specials including Breaking Point Heroin in America. He's been to a variety of locations around the globe reporting the news. The locations include Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti, and the Gulf of Mexico. His awards include multiple Edward R. Murrow Awards and honors by The Associated Press.
